Race (ChampionChip Timed)
includes finish line mats and readers, display
clock (1), zip ties, retrieving tools and buckets
for chips, 10 cones, starting gun, computer,
printer, and personnel to create results and
surpervise volunteers at the finish line. For a single event of less than 300
entrants for 15 km or less.
Does not include finish banner or
structure. Mileage
applies to distance greater than 25 miles.
Includes web page listing at
www.dgroadracing.com.
Results will be provided for awards and
posted to Internet.
DG personnel will enter race day entries

| DG Productions will provide an
Excel spreadsheet that is designed to capture
data of pre-registration entries into the
computer. If
the race day entries exceed 200, the even should
furnish additional data input personnel.
The event will provide a minimum of 4
volunteers to help with the finish line, chip
recovery, etc.
A list of athletes that have not returned
their chips will be provided to the event.
Chips that are still not returned after 2
week from race day will be subject to a $10 lost
charge per chip.
To insure a high recovery rate, we suggest
that chips are distributed the morning of the
event. |
