Productions will provide an Excel spreadsheet
that is designed to capture data of
pre-registration entries into the computer. If the race day entries exceed 200, the
even should furnish additional data input
personnel. The
event will provide a minimum of 4 volunteers to
help with the finish line, chip recovery, etc.
A list of athletes that have not returned
their chips will be provided to the event.
Chips that are still not returned after 2
week from race day will be subject to a $10 lost
charge per chip.
To insure a high recovery rate, we suggest
that chips are distributed the morning of the
event. |
